Our client, an expanding global hedge fund, are looking to hire a junior Talent Acquisition professional to step up into an exciting, highly visible / accountable London based role. Working directly with the Global Head of Talent, the hire will take ownership for the firm’s emerging talent recruitment – this is specific to its London Analyst, Graduate and Intern programs, specifically for non-investment teams. The London based Head of Talent has had ownership of these programs and process management oversight, however, as their responsibilities grow the firm are looking to bring in an autonomous and growth oriented Junior that can take ownership of talent sourcing, process management and managing relationships with external agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for the firm’s emerging talent recruitment for London Analyst, Graduate and Intern programs (non-investment teams).
- Own talent sourcing, process management and management of relationships with external agency partners.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Talent on program design and process improvements.
- Participate in projects focused on making the process more data driven, benchmarking, competitor analysis and identifying areas of improvement in emerging talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition role at a financial services firm, or experience in FS agency recruitment looking to move in-house for the first time.
- Strong academics.
