Our client, a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator into their lean and growing European HR team. The firm has expanded rapidly into Europe - they launched their Early Careers and Emerging Talent programs in London in 2025.
The hire will work with a HR Business Partner, taking ownership of all operational responsibilities aligned to graduate and intern onboarding, performance integration and support with any queries. You will also work with the talent acquisition team supporting with high volumes of interview coordination, act as the key point of contact for candidates and support with the management of aptitude assessments.
The hire will also support the Business Partner with exciting initiatives aimed at boosting talent attraction and brand awareness by prospecting and supporting outreach to schools and universities and establishing the firm’s presence at relevant student events first across the UK and EMEA over time.
The hire will have the opportunity to get involved in talent acquisition processes including sourcing, offer extension and working with hiring managers to set search parameters. Additionally, the hire will support the Business Partner with performance reviews, intern and graduate program development and expansion and take an active role in supporting initiatives to re-vamp employee value proposition and work with counterparts in the US to help establish firmwide best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Assistant / Talent Coordinator at a leading asset manager or investment bank. Whilst experience with emerging talent programs is preferable, the firm will be happy to train up a professional with relevant alignments in the talent acquisition and coordination space.
As this is a key hire, the firm is committed to paying the successful candidate a strong increase on base (likely with a circa £70k cap) and a large % bonus potential for a high performer. The firm offers market leading benefits, including subsidising additional professional qualifications.
