A high-profile, multi-billion dollar AUM global Hedge Fund is looking to hire a ‘Head of Talent Acquisition’. The role will be based out of London, with a core focus on the development, expansion, and opening of international offices.

The hire will have a good level of support from day one, but will also be tasked with developing a broader talent team (both in London and in their international offices). There is an expectation that an experienced hire will make improvements to the firm’s existing hiring process, front-to-back, including a more standardised hiring structure/process rolled out across all of the firm’s international offices.

Additionally, there is a belief that the systems/infrastructure currently being used in ‘talent’ could be improved – the new hire would play a leading role on this project.

We can only consider experienced talent acquisition leads currently working for industry-recognised hedge fund/prop-trading firms. Experience working at high-volume, with speed, and with a clear track record managing large buildouts is key.
