A large AUM multi-strategy hedge fund, going through a strong period of expansion, are looking to hire a global head of operations to be based out of London. The hire will oversee lean, yet expanding teams across London, Asia and US offices. He/she will have a remit to build out/improve operational infrastructure and teams to cope with the demands of what will be a multi-billion dollar AUM business.
Working with senior management on broader business strategy and working with investment heads on new launches will also form part of the role.
Candidates should ideally be an existing HOO; however, it is possible to consider an exceptional number two at a leading hedge fund business to step up. There is a large budget available, ensuring that the most relevant hire will receive a very attractive step up on his/her current TC.
