A highly prestigious, global hedge fund, with an expanding office in London, are looking to hire a ‘recruitment coordinator’ into its European HR function. The hire will screen a large volume of CV’s, interview candidates at first stage and coordinate the recruitment process beyond this point. As the HR function is building out, value-add / project work is key to the role – the new hire will look to perfect the recruitment process / BAU processes that they work on. Whilst most of the role is internal, the hire will have the opportunity to represent the firm externally at roadshow events / career fairs. The new hire will also be tasked with providing an ‘after-care’ service to new hires – providing post-meeting analysis, commentary and suggesting recommendations to senior management forms part of this responsibility. Candidates must have an excellent academic record and 2-5yrs experience in an administrative / coordinator type role, specific to the financial services industry, working in high-volume environment. Strong communication, organisational & people management skills are essential. The role will pay a large base salary – this will be a minimum 20% increase on the hire’s current base salary. The firm are also one of the best bonus payers in the industry – a top performer will earn a large % of his/her base salary as a bonus. The hire will receive fully subsidised breakfast, lunch and gym a large pension and gold level private healthcare.
