A leading multi-billion-dollar global hedge fund is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition professional into its London Human Capital function.
Working as part of an established global HR team, the hire will take ownership of recruitment across a broad range of non-investment functions, with a particular focus on EMEA HR.
The role will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop appropriate sourcing strategies and identify high-quality talent in what are often highly competitive candidate markets.
The hire will always be managing a high-volume recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding. This includes candidate screening, managing internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies, building and maintaining talent pipelines and providing market intelligence around candidate compensation and competitor hiring activity. The hire can also expect to play an important role supporting broader Talent Acquisition projects and helping to continuously improve recruitment processes and infrastructure.
We are looking for an in-house or agency recruiter, of roughly 3-6yrs, ideally having had coverage of HR recruitment and/or broader non-investment hiring. Candidates will be organised, credible with senior stakeholders and comfortable managing a varied portfolio of searches simultaneously.
