Job Description
We’re working with a prestigious global Family Office seeking to hire a Property Manager to be based in London but oversee their international portfolio of high-end residential properties.
Reporting to the Property Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and presentation of a significant portfolio of prime and super-prime residences. You’ll ensure each property is maintained to the highest standard- coordinating household staff and external contractors, managing both planned and reactive maintenance, and overseeing compliance, safety, and budgeting. The role will also involve working closely with senior leadership and advisors on ongoing refurbishment and development projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations and delivering exceptional quality throughout.
