Property Director – Multi-Billion $ Family Office – Market Leading Compensation and up to 100% Bonus

We are working with a multi-billion-dollar Family Office, looking to hire a Property Director to support with the development and management of their £1bn property portfolio.

This role will report into the Property Director and work closely with the Principal of the family office and external consultants. It will lead the asset management of a highly diverse portfolio which spans the UK, Western Europe, and South America, with a variety of assets including high-end residential assets, commercial units, and land. You will support ongoing development projects, coordinating with the heads of construction, building consultants, and architects (with some large projects including listed properties). The Family Office is growing considerably, so long-term work will be highly varied, with a blend of ongoing development oversight, partnering with the investment team to assess the viability of opportunities, conducting scenario analysis, building out budgets and forecasts, and providing analysis on performance across the portfolio.

For this, we are looking for an academically strong professional from the Real Estate industry (development managers, surveyors, family office professionals, etc.) with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. You should have excellent academics, and any additional relevant qualifications are highly desirable (for example, MRICS). It is important to be effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders and thrive in a ‘value adding’ role with high visibility to business leaders.

The team is looking to hire the top talent in the sector and hence are prepared to offer a significant uplift from your current base salary. Bonuses will be a minimum of 50%, and often extend to 100%, as well as offering market-leading benefits.
