A high performing, rapidly expanding hedge fund are looking to add a ‘People Operations and Transformation Lead’ to their global HR team. The hire will work on the development and execution of firmwide HR operations transformation projects, working to leverage the firm’s HRIS to make HR into a data driven, capacity building function.
The new hire will take responsibility for the management and continuous improvement of all aspects of people operations; this is from onboarding through to policy centralisation on a firmwide basis. As a stand-alone, he/she will also run BAU HR operations responsibilities hands on.
The role is best suited to an experienced HR Operations professional that can take on a broad remit, drive data and technology driven transformation/process automation initiatives, working at pace and volume. Roughly 7-15 years experience working in this specific space is sufficient. Candidates with strong academics and industry qualifications are favoured.
The role is budgeted to pay a £150-200k TC year one, with strong year on year growth expected. The successful hire will be offered a generous sign on bonus. It is possible to WFH 2 days per week (with ad-hoc additional flexibility).
