A global, market leading, multi-manager hedge fund, are looking to make a newly created operations manager hire for their London office. The role requires a senior / established, high-quality trade support professional to oversee a strong London based team that cover operations / middle office tasks for a range of investment pods. In addition to function oversight & supervisory responsibilities, the hire will be the first-point of contact for onboarding new PM’s, investment strategies, products and markets, in a role that faces off to front office and the most senior members of the firm’s management team. Candidates should possess 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Hedge Fund operations. As well as a comprehensive understanding of multiple asset classes and a proven track record of onboarding new Portfolio Managers, strategies, and products. The role is targeted to pay up to £200k total comp, albeit with a variable either side specific to performance.
