A boutique, circa $5bn AUM hedge fund, are looking to hire an operations analyst. Reporting directly into the HOO and sat with the investment team, the hire will work a broad remit covering core operations, treasury, P&L / valuations and corporate actions responsibilities.
As the fund is in buildout phase, the hire can expect to work with the HOO, COO and Head Trader on a wide variety of infrastructure development / automation projects - candidates with advanced tech skills, or an aptitude to learn, are favoured.
Candidates should have 2-5 years experience in a hedge fund operations / middle office role (we can potentially consider banking candidates). The correct communication skills and personality to work in a small fund, desk facing is key.
The role is budgeted to pay a £60-75k base salary and a 30-50% bonus potential. It is possible to work from home one day per week.
