My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm which specialises in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space is looking to add an Office Assistant based in their London office. The hire will start on an FTC with a 6 month duration with the opportunity for strong performers to step into a permanent role.
The firm has offices in London, New York and Dubai and a track record of over a decade working with some of the most prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and private equity firms across the globe and has grown to add two new offices and multiple new practice arms in the last two years.
The hire will play a key role in managing core office management duties with a broader remit extending to HR onboarding and stakeholder engagement responsibilities. The hire will work with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth function of day-to-day office operations and work with external vendors managing service contracts, installations and organising events.
You will also be responsible for executive diary and travel management for the firm’s Partners, the preparation of sensitive documents and all IT troubleshooting. The hire will also play an active role in supporting early careers recruitment processes and coordination as the firm continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 – 18 months of experience as an Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant/EA, albeit the firm is open to bringing in a junior that is willing to scale a learning curve. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills but most importantly the successful candidate is one that is able to join and integrate themselves into the culture and values of the firm. Strong IT skills are highly preferred.
The firm operates on an in-office model, with their offices based in Mayfair.
