We have partnered with a prestige Family Office, managing a diverse range of asset classes, to help them find a Management Accountant for their London office. They are looking to add a newly qualified accountant to the team. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a boutique firm with a lean team, offering broad exposure, including partnering with investment professionals and senior stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and implementing effective financial management practices. You will be supported by outsourced accountants who cover the bookkeeping, but it is important to be a team player and step in to support this aspect when necessary.
This role is best suited to someone with 0–1 year PQE, strong academics, and a genuine desire to learn and add value within a high-performing team. The culture is collaborative and supportive, so excellent communication skills are important. Exposure to Private Equity or Asset Management is highly desirable.
The role offers up to £70k base salary, a generous bonus, and market-leading benefits. They also have an impressive office space in central London and work five days a week in the office.
