A leading private investment platform is seeking to appoint a Vice President to its Real Estate team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role across the investment lifecycle, with significant exposure to acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy, and transaction execution. The role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment alongside an experienced senior leadership team, with direct involvement in high‑profile investment activity across the UK and European markets. The position is primarily targeted at established VP‑level professionals, although exceptional Senior Associates ready to step into a VP role will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and strategies
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation work
  • Manage transaction processes, including due diligence, structuring, financing, and execution
  • Monitor and drive asset‑level performance across the existing portfolio
  • Work closely with operating partners, lenders, advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present materials for investment committees and senior management
  • Contribute to broader portfolio strategy, thematic research, and market analysis
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of relevant experience within real estate investing: Strong track record in acquisitions and transaction execution
  • Asset management experience viewed favourably
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Strong commercial judgement and investment acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across UK and/or European real estate markets preferred
