A high performing, large AUM private credit fund is creating a new operations hire for their boutique, expanding London office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager with a wide range of tasks as her role becomes more focused on project and strategy work, including treasury (FX hedging, cash and fund liquidity management), risk management, trade booking, loan closing and fund onboarding responsibilities.
- Over time, oversee the firm's external administrator.
- Cross-train to take on tasks in finance and compliance and project work for the COO and CIO, reflecting the varied scope of work.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in hedge fund, private markets or banking operations / middle office roles; strong expertise in credit.
- A strong academic record and advanced Excel skills are required.
Compensation:
The role offers a base salary of £60,000–£80,000. The firm pays high-performing, non-investment staff bonuses that make up a very large percentage of base salary.
