Our client, a highly respected, award-winning, rapidly expanding boutique private debt firm, is looking to hire a Middle Office Lead to support the investment team following a successful fundraising round. The role offers a broad remit and sits directly alongside the investment team, acting as the key escalation point both internally and with external counterparties across trade support, loan administration, and settlements.

A significant part of the position will also involve leveraging AI tools to automate a number of BAU processes and drive operational efficiencies. The hiring manager is seeking an individual with 4–8 years' experience, ideally from a private debt background, although candidates from the broader private markets / credit space will also be considered.

This is a key hire for the firm – it will pay a first year TC package of up to £150k. Employees have the flexibility to WFH 1–2 days per week.
