My client, a global proprietary trading firm is looking to hire a HR Advisor into their growing Human Capital team in London. Stepping into a newly created role, reporting to a HR Director, the hire will step into a high impact and lean team with a multifaceted role working as a Generalist as well as taking ownership of talent management processes for the firm's early careers and emerging talent employee population.
The hire will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle for the firms Analyst and Graduate population as well as actively working to manage year end processes around performance management, talent development and internal mobility.
The hire will also play a key role in projects around process improvement and the automation of HR operations infrastructure whilst also working on exciting projects focused on talent attraction, improving the firms EVP for junior talent and working with managers to set development roadmaps for employees at a rapidly scaling firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a HR Analyst, Operations Specialist or Generalist with exposure supporting emerging talent populations and programmes and be able to play a hands on multifaceted role in a team that was recently established and is lean offering the hire the opportunity to take a step up in a high impact role.
