We are working with a reputable European private markets firm to hire a Fund Controller in London. The firm has raised several billion since inception, has built a very high-calibre team and is continuing to expand its platform across a number of private market strategies.
The role offers broad exposure across credit, corporate debt, real estate debt and equity, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse range of strategies. As the platform continues to grow, you’ll also be closely involved in new fund and product launches.
The team is deliberately lean, so this isn’t a traditional Fund Controller role restricted purely to reporting and BAU fund accounting. There is genuine scope to take ownership across the funds, work closely with senior stakeholders and broaden your remit into other areas of the platform, including risk.
They are looking for a qualified accountant with strong private markets experience and solid technical foundations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking on responsibility early, with the ambition to develop a broader remit over time.
