Mondrian Alpha are working with a global investment firm looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager into their highly established finance team. The firm have had exceptional returns for many years, and this is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm in a fast-paced, dynamic role.
This is a management role overseeing high-calibre management accountants on the team, requiring someone to be able to switch between detail and high-level thinking. Alongside overseeing the financial accountants on the team, core responsibilities include management of financial accounts (monthly reporting & budget analysis) and process improvement initiatives to continue to build out their best-in-class finance function.
The role involves contributing to operational development, working with senior stakeholders and broader strategic initiatives.
We're looking for strong managers with a minimum of 4 years' PQE (ACA/ACCA) with exceptional academics, attention to detail, and extremely ambitious. Candidates must have a minimum of two years managerial experience with tangible solution-oriented examples, strong organisational skills, and highly technical capabilities.
