A boutique systematic strategy Hedge Fund, that has achieved in excess of +50% performance in previous years, are hiring a London based COO. The hire will have full coverage across all non-investment (ops/finance/risk/compliance/HR etc), with a remit to build out best in class infrastructure / a support function (managing what is both in-house and outsourced) that will help the firm rapidly increase its AUM over the coming years.

Candidates should be existing hedge fund COO’s, or a deputy / HOO looking to step up. There is a strong preference for candidates to come from high-volume trading firms, ideally that have quant focused strategies. Exceptional academics and strong tech skills are favoured, regardless of experience.

The role will likely offer a £200/250k base salary, a minimum 100% bonus potential and a profit share payment linked directly to fund P&L – as this is a high performing business, the comp potential can be highly lucrative.
