A multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to hire a junior into their expanding London HR function.
Working within a team of established HR professionals, we are looking for a newly created hire to support European talent acquisition.
Core to the role is to handle recruitment coordination / scheduling at high-volume, but also the screening of CV’s / screening calls for a specific area of the London business.
The hire will also be tasked with creating solutions to process issues / automating existing processes – an individual keen to learn advanced tech / utilise AI tools for automation would do particularly well in this role.
Progression paths can be varied, but the focus is for the hire to move into a pure ‘recruitment’ role.
Candidates must have very strong academics.
We are targeting candidates with 1-2yrs experience in a recruitment role / talent support role, although a graduate with 1-2yr experience in a sales role could be considered, as could a 2026 graduate with relevant internship experience.
The role is expected to pay a £40-45k base salary.
High performers in the HR team earn very large % bonuses in addition to this.
Furthermore, all breakfast/lunch, gym and industry qualifications are fully subsidised.
