Our client, a multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund, are looking to make a newly created Investor Relations Analyst hire into their expanding London marketing team.
The successful candidate will sit within a lean Investor Relations team and work very closely with the Head of Investor Relations. The remit is broad and includes answering any incoming investor queries, leading ODD onsites, managing the CRM, updating marketing materials and liaising directly with the investment teams to respond to RFPs & DDQs. There is also a strong data analysis & project component that will allow the hire to learn AI and some forms of advanced tech to a strong standard.
The firm puts a huge emphasis on career progression and as a business they have very low attrition. This IR hire, as a high performer, will be encouraged to move towards a more senior IR / client management role, or into a sales role in time.
Candidates should have 1-3 yrs experience, ideally in a marketing/sales function within an asset manager, investment bank or hedge fund, however we could consider individuals working in hedge fund operations/finance/compliance roles looking to transition into marketing for the first time. Strong academics are required.
The role will pay a base salary of up to £70k. The IR team reward strong performers with very large % bonuses.
