HR Operations Specialist – Expanding Boutique Investment Manager – Up to £130k annualised base + Large bonus potential (Part‑time)

Join a rapidly growing boutique investment manager focused on real‑estate investment. This role works 3 days per week and offers a pro‑rata base salary up to £130 k plus a substantial bonus based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR functions for existing staff, including performance management, bi‑annual reviews, training, and grievance handling.
• Oversee all HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with the CFO to implement a new HR system and take ownership of its ongoing management.
• Execute a broad range of HR projects aligned with the firm’s growth plans.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in private‑equity, real‑estate, or infrastructure development environments.
• Strong academic background and relevant industry qualifications.
