A boutique private equity firm is seeking its first HR Operations Specialist. The role covers recruitment, front-to-back onboarding, HR for existing staff (performance management, bi-annual reviews, training, grievances, etc.), and HR administration. The hire will work on a variety of projects, including partnering with the CFO to implement a new HR system which the specialist will own.
