A hugely successful, rapidly expanding, private equity firm are looking to hire their first ‘HR Operations Specialist’.
Given recent and upcoming growth plans, the firm has an internal headcount that requires the need for a specialist internal HR resource. As the firm are still a boutique, the hire can expect his/her remit to be broad with coverage to manage the recruitment of staff, the front-to-back onboarding of new employees, manage HR for existing employees (performance management / bi-annual reviews / training / grievances etc.) and to handle all HR admin. The hire will always be working on a wide variety of projects – initially, the hire will work with the CFO to implement a new HR system (that the hire will then have ownership for).
Candidates should have 5-10yrs HR experience, ideally in a private equity / real estate / infrastructure development type firm. Candidates must have excellent academics and relevant industry qualifications.
The role will pay a base salary of up to £100k. The firm reward staff with exceptional bonuses and so the HR Manager has the opportunity to earn a large % of his/her base as a bonus if they perform to a high standard in the role.
