A global Hedge Fund, going through a strong period of growth, are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to support investment teams onsite for their rapidly expanding London office. Whilst there is a London Head of HR and an admin support team in place onsite, unlike their international offices there is no front office aligned HR Business Partner, which the firm now requires for significantly scaling its London based investment teams.

As the first HRBP supporting Investment teams, the hire will work in a highly visible, autonomous role, managing the delivery of people strategy, workforce planning as well as taking a hands on role in year-end processes. As the London office is rapidly building out, the HRBP hire can expect a big focus on automation / technology, working with in-house & international engineering teams who you will project manage to create, update and streamline HR BAU processes. Additionally, the team are ideally looking for someone that has ER experience.

Candidates should be experienced HR Business Partners (supporting revenue generators) ideally in the prop trading / hedge fund / investment banking space. Candidates should also have experience working to support business line leaders with the scale up of investment platforms.

This is a business-critical hire so the firm has budgeted a £200-250k total comp package. The firm offers employees exceptional benefits including top of the line healthcare, fully subsidised meals and the firm supports employees pursuing additional professional qualifications.
