A global proprietary trading firm, going through a strong period of growth, are looking to hire a HR Business Partner onsite for their rapidly expanding London satellite office. Whilst there is a London Head of HR and an admin support team in place onsite, all HRBPs currently sit overseas. As the first London HRBP, the hire will work in a highly visible, autonomous role, covering all front-to-back functions.
As the London office is rapidly building out, the HRBP hire can expect a big focus on automation/technology, working with in-house & international engineering teams who you will project manage to create, update and streamline HR BAU processes.
Candidates should be experienced HR Business Partners, ideally in the prop trading/hedge fund/investment banking space. It is worth noting that the firm will place an emphasis on top tier academics, industry qualifications and a clear track record in ‘project management’.
The role will pay a year one £200-300k total comp package (not pro-rata), with the variable dependent on the seniority of the individual hired and their performance in the role. The successful hire will also be offered a sign on bonus.
