A market leading, global hedge fund, are looking to hire a new headcount into its rapidly expanding London based HR function.

Directly supporting the hiring manager, as her ‘number two’ in early careers, the hire will work in a role with a broad remit. The hire will screen a large volume of graduate + intern CV’s, interview candidates at first stage and coordinate the recruitment process beyond this point. As the early career function is, to some extent, still in its infancy stage, value-add / project work is key to the role – working alongside the hiring manager, the new hire will look to perfect a fully functioning graduate recruitment process + improve multiple existing processes. Whilst most of the role is internal, the hire will have the opportunity to represent the firm externally at career fairs + hackathon events. The new hire will also be tasked with providing an ‘after-care’ service to graduate & intern hires – providing post-meeting analysis, commentary and suggesting recommendations to senior management forms part of this responsibility.

Candidates must have an excellent academic record + 1-3yrs experience in an administrative / coordinator type role, ideally within an early careers / recruitment support function, however we are flexible with regards to both this and what specific industry a candidate currently works in. Strong communication, organisational & people management skills are essential.

The role is budgeted to pay a £40-60k base salary / our client will offer the successful hire a strong increase on their current base. A top performer will earn a large % of their base as an annual bonus. The hire will receive fully subsidised breakfast, lunch and gym + a large pension and gold level private healthcare.
