A high-profile, multi-billion dollar AUM global Hedge Fund is looking to hire a ‘Head of Talent Acquisition’. The role will be based out of London, with a core focus on the development, expansion, and opening of international offices.
The hire will receive good support from day one and will be tasked with developing a broader talent team in both London and their international offices. An experienced hire is expected to make improvements to the firm’s existing hiring process, including a more standardised hiring structure rolled out across all international offices.
There is a belief that the systems and infrastructure currently being used in talent acquisition could be improved, and the new hire would play a leading role in this project.
We can only consider experienced talent acquisition leads currently working for industry-recognised hedge fund or prop-trading firms. Experience working at high volume, with speed, and a clear track record managing large buildouts is key.
