Mondrian Alpha in London is seeking a Head of Platform Engineering (AI) to lead an existing, production-grade internal platform for recruitment and research.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and organizational build.

You will own the platform end-to-end, drive modernization, scale the system, and champion event-driven architectures, API-first design, and AI/LLM capabilities.

Hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is expected.
