A leading global private equity firm is looking to hire a Global Payroll Officer, based out of their rapidly expanding London office. The hire is a newly created role, partly as a result of the firm’s recent European expansion and increasing EMEA headcount.

The hire will report to the Head of HR and work to process payroll for the firm’s EMEA and US offices, managing third party vendors and being actively involved in the administration and improvement of benefits processes across all jurisdictions.

The hire will be working with a lean global team, taking ownership for the EMEA region (with support from the broader HR team) and have the opportunity to work on projects which involve platform upgrading, new benefit scheme roll-out and system improvements.

The hire will take responsibility for managing employee queries at all levels and also drive communication strategy for pertinent changes to payroll and benefits platforms and schemes.

The hire will have significant stakeholder management responsibilities, liaising with external stakeholders connected to the rewards and payroll processes, managing contracts and renewals as well as exploring new offerings.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist / Manager / Officer at a hedge fund, asset manager or similar environment.
