Our client, a market leading hedge, who are expanding and maturing its Global Mobility function globally, are looking to hire an analyst / SME into their team in London.
Stepping into a newly created role, reporting directly to the global mobility lead, the hire will take on a broad remit, working as part of a lean and highly collaborative team. You will work to drive the coordination of international mobility processes for a highly mobile population working with broader HR and finance teams to ensure that employee data and documentation is managed in a quick and accurate fashion. You will support the team with transfers to offices across the APAC and NAM regions monitoring compliance, key milestones and relevant mobility metrics – a task doubly important as the firm continues to open new offices globally. You will act as a key point of contact for employees at all levels and support the implementation of new policies and work on projects aimed at streamlining and automating processes as well as improving overall mobility infrastructure.
This role offers a Mobility coordinator, Immigration & tax analyst or HR operations specialist, with roughly 2-5yrs experience, the opportunity to step into a highly visible and broad role, in a dynamic fast-paced firm. Candidates should ideally come from an FS background, but there is potential flexibility to industry.
The successful hire can expect to receive an attractive increase on his / her current base salary. Top performers in the HR function earn large % bonuses.
