This is a senior leadership role managing a team of 10, sitting at the centre of a highly sophisticated and fast-scaling investment platform. The position offers broad exposure across the business, partnering closely with Fund Finance, Operations, Treasury, Legal, HR, as well as external advisors and auditors.
You will play a key role in helping shape and scale a best-in-class finance function within one of the industry’s top performing firms. The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm’s financial control environment, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity oversight, and expense allocations. Alongside the core finance responsibilities, there is a strong commercial and strategic element to the position. You will work closely with senior management on forecasting cycles, liquidity reviews, cost modelling, and financial analysis, while also supporting key business initiatives such as fund launches, expense allocation methodologies, and broader operational and commercial projects.
