Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a leading Macro focused hedge fund going through a period of growth and exceptional performance, and they are now looking for a commercially minded Fund Accountant to join their high calibre team. This is an exceptional opportunity for fund accountants from the hedge fund industry to join a highly sophisticated team.
You'll play a key role in oversight of the firm's Asian entities and take ownership of management accounts, financial reporting, fee calculations, and investor reporting. The role sits in a collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Head of Fund Control, with visibility across both senior investment professionals and external stakeholders. There's significant scope to add value, shape how processes evolve, and exceptional progression.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with minimum 4 years' experience working within a hedge fund, and a solid background in valuation analysis on fund products, and exposure to covering Asian entities. The successful candidate will have great academics, and is a confident candidate, capable of engaging with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
