We are working on a Junior Fund Accountant opportunity with a highly reputable Private Equity firm. The role sits within a lean and highly collaborative finance team, and will support across fund performance analysis, asset management, and transactions. This will involve the preparation and review of fund financial statements, NAV calculations, and capital account reconciliations for a portfolio of private equity funds.
The role involves assisting with investor capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations, maintaining accurate records of fund transactions, and reviewing work produced by external administrators. You will work closely with senior accountants, contribute to reporting cycles, audit preparation, and monitoring of fund cash flows, while also gaining exposure to fund performance analysis, day-to-day operations, and transaction support across the full fund lifecycle.
They are looking for a part-qualified accountant (ACA sponsorship available) with some knowledge across private equity, alternatives, or broader financial services. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
