Mondrian Alpha are working with a leading global real estate investment firm that specialises in developing and managing next‑generation data centres across Europe, North America and APAC. As the firm continues to scale and deploy its capital into new developments, they are looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to support a flagship data centre project. This is a rare opportunity to join a high‑performing organisation, known for hiring exceptional talent and operating in a highly collaborative environment.

The role sits within a lean finance team reporting directly into the Head of FP&A. You will play a key role in supporting one of the firm’s major European data centre developments, taking ownership of financial reporting for several project entities, and delivering high‑quality analysis to senior leadership. This is a highly visible position with regular exposure to the C‑suite and Board.

The role’s remit is very broad; you will lead on FP&A cycles, support scenario planning, and build models tailored to the data centres. Given the strategic importance of the project your work will directly inform investment decisions, long‑range planning and project governance. Alongside analytical work, you will review and enhance reporting workflows, identify opportunities to automate processes and strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate is ACA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5+ years’ post‑qualification experience, with experience in asset management or data‑driven settings. Prior exposure to data centres or large‑scale CAPEX projects would be advantageous, together with tangible examples of automation improvements using technology.
