This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to move into a broad role within a well-funded alternative asset management firm managing over $15bn in AUM. You will join a lean and highly efficient finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. The role is highly commercial, covering financial reporting, regulatory returns and FP&A.
The firm outsources a large portion of its corporate accounting, and you will be responsible for managing these relationships while also mentoring junior team members. The position offers a strong mix of value-driven process improvement initiatives – with a focus on Python-led automation – alongside framework development work as the firm continues to scale.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with at least two years’ experience within a financial services or technology business. You must have used Python to automate or streamline processes and be enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The firm is offering a base salary of up to £100,000 plus a 20–50% bonus, alongside an excellent benefits package including quarterly team lunches, an annual international trip, and a generous pension, holiday and healthcare offering.
