Mondrian Alpha are working with a tech-focused investment firm looking to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner into their high-calibre finance team. The firm is going through a period of growth and transformation, presenting a dynamic buy-side opportunity. This role supports senior professionals in the finance team and wider business executives, reporting to a Senior FP&A lead, with autonomy to provide insight and analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
This is a broad role focused on partnering with non-finance stakeholders to co-own growth initiatives, delivering financial planning and reporting, and developing an understanding of key performance drivers. You will manage monthly reporting cycles, support long-term planning, and ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a Senior Finance Business Partner (around 10 years of experience) with tangible examples of driving commercial outcomes, influencing decision-making, and delivering value through insight and effective research allocation. Exceptional communication, strong academics, and fluency in financial planning, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
