The hire will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle for the firms EMEA Analyst and Graduate population as well as actively working to manage year end processes around performance management, talent development and internal mobility. There will be close liaison with the hire’s counterpart in the US office and also the Global Head of HR (who is also based in the US).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Early Careers Recruiter, Emerging Talent Associate or Early Careers Programme Manager with exposure supporting emerging talent populations and programmes. There is a strong preference for hedge fund / prop trading firm candidates, although broader FS / fin-tech candidates can be considered.
