We are working with a high-performing Hedge Fund, helping them recruit a Head of Fund Finance (Director level). This newly created, high-impact leadership role will work closely with the CFO and CIO of the Fund.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-respected hedge fund at a pivotal stage of its growth in the UAE. With the firm’s expansion, they are seeking a candidate to collaborate directly with the CIO and CFO to drive automation, enhance scalability, and elevate reporting and communication across the fund’s operations.
The position will be supported by junior team members while partnering closely with the broader business and a network of external stakeholders. As a key business partner, the role will engage with internal functions, including legal, risk, tax, and performance teams, and oversee the full trade lifecycle, fund accounting, settlements, and reconciliations for complex products spanning credit, rates, equities, commodities, derivatives, and FX.
A critical focus will be implementing advanced systems to streamline workflows, integrate sophisticated data visualization tools, and enhance performance reporting to support the fund’s multi-asset investment strategies.

Candidates must be qualified (CFA, ACA, or equivalent) and have over 15 years of experience.
