Job Description

We are building a newly launching special opportunities investment platform with substantial backing from a broad base of sophisticated investors. The platform has a flexible mandate to pursue special situations and opportunistic investments across public and private markets, spanning credit, equity, and hybrid structures.

With few formal constraints, the strategy will cover the full spectrum of opportunities, including traded securities, structured and capital solutions-style financings, and private equity/control investments where the firm takes an active role in driving value creation. The investment approach is highly dynamic and tailored to capture complexity, dislocation, and situations requiring bespoke capital.

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join as one of the first hires. This individual will work closely with the founder and founding team on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments, while contributing to the long-term development of the platform. Given the early stage of the firm, this role offers a rare opportunity to be part of the growth story from the ground up.

This is an outstanding career step for someone with strong experience in special situations, opportunistic investing, credit, or private equity, who is motivated by the challenge of building alongside a highly entrepreneurial founder.
