A market leading global prop trading firm is looking to make a key hire into a newly created London-based middle office role, tied to the launch of its European digital asset business. This is a high-impact position that combines day-to-day middle office responsibilities with end-to-end ownership of process automation and tooling initiatives.
The hire will act as the central contact for a rapidly expanding front office team and will be embedded closely with engineering teams on a variety of process optimisation and data-focused projects - the new hire can play a pivotal role in scaling the London based business.
This is a perfect role for an experienced trade support or middle office analyst (3–8 years' experience) from a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or high-performance buy-side platform. Candidates should have a strong academic background, experience with some form of coding (ideally SQL/ Python), and exposure to automation, tooling, or process improvement work. A strong interest in the digital assets space is a requirement.
This is a critical hire for the business, with a first year total compensation package of up to £200k for the right candidate.
