You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, and contribute directly to evolving the group’s technical architecture. What you’ll do Lead and mentor a small team of software and data engineers. Design and deliver cloud‑native solutions in line with group objectives. Stay hands‑on across coding, code reviews, and architecture. Drive DevSecOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and citizen developers to scale impact across the business. What we’re looking for Experience leading engineering teams while remaining technically hands‑on. Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, with working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD. Exposure to React, Databricks, Snowflake, or Spark desirable. Interest in ML/GenAI applications and modern DevSecOps tooling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
