Our client, a global hedge fund expanding its presence in Europe, is looking to hire a Compensation Specialist to be based in the firm’s London office. Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards and supported by a well-structured HR team, the hire will step into a newly created role taking ownership of rewards, compensation and benefits operations and strategic delivery across the firm’s European coverage. As the firm grows, one of the hire’s first priorities will be to own, drive and centralise cyclical processes, working closely with HR Business Partners on performance reviews, bonus structures and appraisals. The hire will provide strategic solutions and expert advice to multiple stakeholders; combining in-depth knowledge of total reward principles, understanding of the business needs, market and regulatory landscape, and associated detailed analysis
