A multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to hire a graduate into their expanding London HR function. Working within a team of established HR professionals, we are looking for an entry level hire to support European talent acquisition. Core to the role is to handle recruitment coordination/scheduling at high-volume.
The hire will also grow into a role in which they will be tasked with creating solutions to process issues – an individual keen to learn advanced tech/utilise AI tools for automation would do particularly well in this role. Progression paths are varied, into core talent acquisition, early careers or broader HR roles (a previous graduate progression into a HR data operations role) most likely.
Candidates could be 2026 graduates with internship experience or recent graduates with some experience looking for their first job in the hedge fund space – a 2:1/first class degree from a high-ranking university is required. The hire must also be prepared to start employment in summer 2026.
The role is expected to pay a £40-50k base salary. High performers in the HR team earn strong % bonuses in addition to this. Furthermore, all breakfast/lunch & gym are fully subsidised.
