The Opportunity

This newly created position is for a Business Development / Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of front‑office hiring for the firm’s London operation covering Portfolio Managers and Traders across both discretionary and systematic strategies.

Reporting directly into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition / Business Development, the role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of the business, building relationships with senior management and investment leaders across all asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct sourcing and pipelining top front‑office talent globally
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with Portfolio Managers and senior leadership
  • Collaborating with search partners and managing key vendor relationships
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and market intelligence
