We are partnered with a high-performing boutique private equity firm with an outstanding track record and a reputation for successfully raising capital. As the platform continues to grow, they are looking to hire a Portfolio Monitoring and Finance Director to sit in a broad, analytically focused role at the intersection of finance, investment and operations.

This position offers strong visibility across the platform and regular interaction with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop a detailed understanding of the funds and underlying investments, supporting a wide range of analytical work including portfolio company data, valuations, performance analysis, ESG reporting and broader ad hoc requests from across the business.

They are looking to hire someone who can continue to focus on enhancing their reporting tools / dashboards so they are able to give quick overviews of the portfolio at a high level and in granular detail. The ideal candidate will be ACA or CFA qualified (or similar) and currently working in a highly analytical role within the Private Markets space. Strong academics are important, as is advanced Excel capability and a genuine interest in working in a commercially minded, fast-paced private equity setting.

The firm is offering a competitive base salary (up to £140k), strong bonus potential and an attractive benefits package. They have modern offices in central London but have a very flexible working model and so operate largely remotely.
