Our client, a major global Hedge Fund launching their first London office, are looking to hire an Office Manager. Ahead of the London office launch, we are looking to hire an office manager to work onsite, in a role that has a broad remit. Alongside traditional office management responsibilities, the hire will support the London based CEO more directly on both work and personal matters (the latter can form a core component of the remit at times – he is an industry recognised, very well-respected individual).

BAU tasks cover:

  • Facilities management
  • Travel coordination
  • Event planning / management
  • Being the main point of contact for vendors and external service providers
  • Managing expenses

Candidates should have roughly 4-10 years experience as an office manager / EA / PA in the financial services space. We prefer candidates to have a degree / solid academic record. Strong technology skills are also preferred, as are foreign language skills.

The role is targeted to pay a £100-150k year-one total comp package (depending on level of experience + individual performance in the role), with significant upside expected in years 2+. This will be a highly lucrative admin assistant role. It is possible to WFH for 2 days per week.
