Risk Manager - Global Hedge Fund - Leading Comp Package

A New York headquartered, multi-strategy hedge fund is looking to add a Risk Manager to their expanding London office.

They have performed exceptionally well for consecutive years, doubling in both headcount and AUM. London is their fastest-growing office, with high calibre industry professionals joining across both the front and back office.

Their biggest growth area for London has been their equities business. As a result, they are looking to hire a dedicated Risk Manager to cover all aspects of market risk for this, covering risk reporting, monitoring, VAR, and the development and maintenance of risk models. The role will offer the opportunity to work directly with leading traders and quant professionals, offering a wide variety of ad hoc projects to be involved in.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a buy-side risk role, with exposure to risk reporting essential. Experience covering equities and automation projects using Python is also a pre-requisite.
