Equity Swaps Trade Support – Major Hedge Fund – £150-200k TC + Sign-on bonus

A leading global multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund is looking to make an operations/trade support hire specific to its equity swaps business.

This is an SME role – the hire will be the first point of contact and the point of escalation in operations for equity swaps, both internally and externally, most notably managing multiple prime broker relationships specific to European equity swaps. The hire will also project manage wide-ranging, highly visible initiatives, closely partnering with senior management across the investment, technology, and COO functions.

Our client is looking for a candidate with 5 – 10 years of strong sell-side Prime Brokerage Middle Office experience, specifically covering delta one/synthetics/equity swaps, or an experienced hedge fund professional with specialist equity swaps SME skills. Tech skills, including Python and SQL, are useful.

The role will pay a strong performer up to a £200k year-one TC. The hire will also receive an attractive sign-on bonus and an exceptional benefits package.
